• Your decision to participate in the showcase must be made by February 22nd.

• Costumes must be paid for when your register for the showcase online.

• Your showcase tuition is auto-paid in two installments - April 15th and May 1st.

• The showcase tuition pays our instructors, rent & utilities for studio rehearsals, venue rental fees (for use of the stage for dress rehearsals and the showcase), a lighting technician, janitorial staff, and music purchasing/licensing.

• Dancers that choose not to participate in the showcase attend the 12 weeks of technique classes, but do not attend (or pay for) studio showcase rehearsals.

• Those participating in the spring showcase are allowed one absence during rehearsals. No absences are allowed after May 1st.

• All rehearsals the week of the showcase are mandatory - no exceptions will be made.
