All activities will be outside in our back parking lot and cul-de-sac. Attendees can park in the front lot as well as in the church parking lot.

Our Mini, Youth, Intermediate, and Elite Ensembles will perform at 1:00pm.

Cash and Venmo will be accepted at this event. All money will go through the ticket table or ticket pre-orders. Individual games, the cake walk, and concessions will only take tickets (NOT cards or cash). If you would like to purchase tickets ahead of time and avoid the line, CLICK HERE. Tickets will be sold ahead of time through Friday 10/31 at noon; after that they can be purchased at the festival ticket table starting at 11:00am.

Green Tickets are 4 for a $1
Used for Games, Food, Drinks, Goodies, and the Cake Walk

 

Red Raffle tickets are $1 each
Raffle prizes: studio merchandise, a free month of one dance class, free tickets to our winter showcase

 

Unlimited Games Wristband are $15 each
Please note that the unlimited wristband can only be used for games and cannot be used for the cake walk, drinks, food, goodies, or the raffle. Siblings cannot share a wristband; each child must have their own wristband to have unlimited games.

We need your help to make this event a success! We ask that each studio family either donate an hour of your time by manning a game, the prize table, the concessions, or donate a cake or sweet treat to the cake walk.
